Agents: Build Ai agents for various channels, including phone, email, platforms like Shopify and Stripe, and webhooks. Equip them with skills to take action, ensuring exceptional customer care and automating aspects of your business.

Knowledge: Enhance your Ai agents by uploading files and adding web pages to train them on your business and playbooks.

Behavior: Ensure your agents reflect your brand’s voice and safety guidelines for consistent communication.

Actions: Seamlessly integrate your agents with any service using our app store, or develop custom solutions to meet your needs.

Inbox: Keep your team informed with the inbox, which shows you all customer interactions. It provides a complete history and facilitates approval requests from Ai agents whenever necessary.

Workplace

The workplace is the collaborative space for you and your team to engage with Ai agents. Personalize your workspace by uploading a logo and choosing a name. Use the settings to manage both your workplace and the billing options.

Members

Manage your team members in the Members section of your workplace settings. To add team members, simply invite them using their email addresses. Each member can be assigned a specific role that grants them access to various functionalities within Lemni.

Owner: Has full access to all features in Lemni, including the ability to delete the workplace.

Editor: Can create and manage Ai agents, and utilize the inbox functionality for collaboration.

Agent: Can use the inbox to collaborate with Ai agents to approve agent requests and apply skills to threads.

You can remove team members or change their roles at any time. All changes take effect immediately, ensuring optimal security for your workplace.

Connections

Connections are used to authenticate actions and connect with systems of record. They allow you to connect your agents with the apps and tools you already use. They can be managed within your workplace settings, allowing you to easily connect or disconnect authorisations. You can sign in effortlessly using OAuth, and disconnecting is just a single click away.

Usage

In the "Usage" section under workplace settings, you can easily monitor the volume of interactions your Ai agents are receiving. Each time an agent processes an interaction request, it counts towards your total interaction usage.

To help you control your costs, you can establish a simple interaction limit, so you never encounter unexpected charges for your usage.

Under usage you can also find your invoices and update any billing settings if needed (e.g. your payment method).

Our workplace plans are designed to be incredibly simple and straightforward. We provide our core product at cost price, which means building agents to handle interactions is practically free in Lemni—you only pay for the computing fees charged by the model providers. Additionally, there are add-ons to enhance your experience, such as expanded knowledge, support for more than 10 workplace members, and a self-hosted data solution for enterprise customers.

To change your plan, just open the workplace settings and select "Plan". From there, you can easily toggle your options on or off and click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade". If you haven’t connected your payment details yet, this will open Stripe.

You can update your payment method and see invoices under "Usage" in the sidebar.
