As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll take ownership of product features, driving them from ideation to execution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping both the technical and functional aspects of our tools, ensuring they’re well-crafted, scalable, and delightful to use. Your leadership and technical expertise will inspire the team and help shape the future of customer experience.
What you’ll do
As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll be trusted to take the lead on impactful projects, working across the stack to create products that set a new standard for quality and design. Your ability to think strategically and execute with well crafted solutions will help drive the success of Lemni.

Take ownership of full-stack product features, driving them from concept to implementation

Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code
—
Optimize performance across both front-end and back-end systems
—
Iterate on existing features to enhance performance, usability, and design
—
Prototype and test new concepts to inform future development
—
Shape CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and our cloud infrastructure on AWS
—
Ensure the technical execution of features aligns with our design and usability standards
—
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth
—
Contribute to the evolution of our architecture, development processes, and tools
Requirements
—
6+ years of experience as a software engineer
—
Extensive full-stack experience, including JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Node.js
—
Proven ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality features end-to-end
—
Passion for well-designed, high-quality products
—
Ability to craft efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
—
Ability to collaborate closely with designers and other engineers to align on product vision and execution
—
Strong interest in user experience and how design enhances usability
—
Experience with modern development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
