Lemni raises $3.5M led by Sequoia to build the way to set up Ai agents for your business
We’re excited to announce that we raised $3.5M in pre-seed funding, led by Sequoia. With participation of Designer Fund, Frank Slootman, Scott Belsky, Arthur Mensch, Koen Bok, Jorn van Dijk, Christian Reber, Niklas Jansen, Mario Götze, and other remarkable leaders. These funds help us take a big step forward in our mission to bring the personal touch back to customer interactions at scale.
Personal customer interactions used to be the norm. Walking into a store where staff knew your name, history, and preferences made you feel valued. Every business was a small business, or at least tried to act like one. But as everyone moved online and scaled, the personal touch vanished, leaving customers with long wait times, form letters, and repetitive chatbots. Once a customers gives up, it gets measured as a resolution—even though it’s not.
