As a Junior Product Engineer, you’ll work on impactful projects that combine strong engineering principles with great design. You’ll help deliver well-crafted features, ensuring our tools not only perform exceptionally but also delight our users. What you’ll do
As a Junior Product Engineer, you’ll work across the stack on a variety of tasks, from implementing collaborative real-time interfaces to optimizing server-side performance. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle while receiving mentorship to grow into a highly skilled product engineer.

Build and implement high-quality, full-stack product features

Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life

Create and maintain well-structured, maintainable codebases

Iterate on existing features to enhance performance, usability, and design

Work on CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and our cloud infrastructure on AWS
—
Prototype and test new concepts to inform future development
—
Ensure the technical execution of features aligns with our design and usability standards
—
Contribute to improving our development practices and tools
Requirements
—
2+ years of experience as a software engineer
—
Full-stack experience, including JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Node.js
—
Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including APIs, databases, and front-end frameworks
—
Passion for well-designed, high-quality products
—
Familiarity with crafting efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
—
Strong interest in user experience and how design enhances usability
—
Experience with technical tools such as Git, VSCode, and CI/CD pipelines
